On this week’s episode of the Atlanta Small Business Profile, Ted Jenkin sits down with Chad Conley, Executive VP of Complete Roofing Systems. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps for six years and earning a degree in project management, Chad fell into the roofing business through a friend. By his own admission, he never thought he’d go into roofing, but he ended up in a lucrative sales position, and fell in love with the industry.
After realizing that the roofing process can be done better and more efficiently, Chad and his business partner decided to start Complete Roofing Systems. Now, as of 2019, Complete Roofing Systems has completed over 8,000 commercial and residential roofs. They have also scaled and expanded their services to Birmingham, AL in addition to Atlanta.
Chad credits their success to several things including a refined sales process, a well designed and easy to use website, a comprehensive content marketing strategy, and excellent company culture.
