How 33 Holdings is Providing Affordable Housing to Atlanta’s Low-Income Areas – Sanjay Raghavaraju, Founder

Recently, ASBN was on-location at the 2019 TiECON Atlanta with Sanjay Raghavaraju, Founder and CEO of 33 Holdings, a private equity real estate firm based out of Atlanta. 33 Holdings primarily does housing investments in and around the Atlanta area.
Two of their major projects currently focus on residential low-income housing developments. They have a 47 unit lot in College Park that will soon host single-family, working-class homes. It is Sanjay’s mission to work with the local governments and sell these homes at affordable prices to those who need them most.
