Whether you live in the city or the suburbs, the construction industry is booming in Atlanta. Seth Chandlee, CEO of Chandlee & Sons Construction, was born into the industry, and now runs one of the city’s top construction companies. Seth’s family has worked as builders for countless generations, dating all the way back to the 1500s. Seth knew he wanted to continue on the family legacy and opened a flooring company when he was 17. Once he proved that he knew the trade and could run a profitable business, he joined forces with his father at Chandlee Construction which would later become Chandlee & Sons. His clients have included Planet Fitness, ACE Hardware, and Beltone among others.
