I love this idea that no one has ever achieved peak performance without a coach. I think it amazes me. There’s not an athlete or a team that would think to go out on the field without a coach. Yet we do that solo ourselves. It’s one of the reasons why I launched EO, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. And for me, the most important thing to do is get a peer coach. We’ve learned that we learned more from our peers than we even do our mentors, or advice. And so find a peer, team up with them and find a way to talk one on one and help each other out in business.
